This does not constitute a entitlement to any prize, except for the publicly declared winner(s) and only for those individuals. These terms and conditions of participation shall expire on the date of the announcement and handover of the prizes to the winner(s) or, in the event of cancellation, the date of cancellation. The sweepstake guidelines may be reinstated at any time for new, upcoming sweepstakes, including those that have not yet been planned so far.
Participation in any competition organised by Authentic RCs / Authentic Solutions e. U. and/or held by the founder/owner Toshio Riko (alias), hereinafter referred to as the operator or organiser, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.
Procedure of the competition

This is not necessary for competitions run by Toshio Riko outside the server structures of Authentic Solutions (depending on the platform, an account may be required for commenting, etc. – this is not within our control).
We will never force you to subscribe, like or buy anything, tweet anything with our brand name in it at any point, or follow any fraudulent Telegram channels, or any other similar things.
Eligibility
Anyone aged 18 or over and resident in Germany can take part. Sweepstakes outside the internal server structures are organized on a worldwide basis; please note that there may be other restrictions in the relevant announcement. You do not need to be a customer or purchase anything to participate. Prizes will only be awarded in euros. This applies to internal shop wallet amounts, gift cards and bank transfers. Non-cash prizes will only be raffled off within Germany.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example
- (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition,
- (b) in the event of violations of these terms and conditions of participation,
- (c) in the event of unfair conduct, or
- (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
Winnings, notification and delivery of winnings

- Determination of winners, contacting winners and announcement of winners: Unless stated otherwise, the winner(s) will be selected at random. The winner(s) will be contacted by email or, depending on the possibilities and requirements, also or exclusively via the private messaging system offered by any third-party platform. Each winner will be publicly announced with their first name, first initial of their surname and username. If you wish, you can request that your name be displayed as initials only, but you cannot remain completely anonymous, as this is the only way to ensure transparency and legitimacy. We assume that a username is always anonymous if there is no real name attached.
- You have three days to respond to the notification of your win with your full name, place of residence, email address, age and place of birth. A picture of an ID card is not necessary unless explicitly requested and clearly evident before participating in the competition.
The organiser reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons, in particular if no winner has been announced or the entry deadline has not yet expired. This applies in particular as action against / to reasons that would disrupt or prevent the planned course of the competition.
The operator’s competition is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein. Legal recourse is precluded.
